These Men Only Groups are resuming soon. Interested? 805 544-2273.
Have you ever wondered how you are reflected in the minds and hearts of others? This group is for men, only and offers the opportunity for men to more deeply discover themselves while strengthening and enhancing relationships with his partner or wife, his children, other men, superiors, employees, and friends. Most importantly, though, men strengthen and enhance their own calm and secure relationship with themselves and empower themselves by way of accountability and responsibility. These men can and do change.
Win-Win, lots of fun. See for yourself.
“I have a lot of friends, but I didn’t have a place to really talk like this, until now. This is a safe place to learn from each other and Julie.”
“I’m really glad I have this group.”
What kind of men are in the groups? Men from all walks of like. Smart men like you and the men you know. It’s really diverse and an original group of guys: various races, religions or not, social, economic, and educational levels, and career choices, relationship statuses, and what not. And they all fit together, perfectly creating trust and a truly powerful working group. I’m proud of what they have built.
These men are good men who want to learn how to be emotionally stronger and even more secure and in easy control of themselves and having more often than not, a sense of a calm body, a clear mind, and a healthy connection to himself and to others.
It’s normal to want to have some of our needs met in relationships with others and this is a safe place to better learn how to do that and have fun while gaining other skills and insights that add to your game.
We use group discussion, individual requests, group exercises, guided imaginal interactive meditation, homework, humor, facilitator lecture/presentations, sometimes guest speakers, or video and other media to create powerful, purposeful, and interactive groups that support and challenge our members.
